Entropay Verification
 

Hi all,

I purchased the ebook and it had some great ideas and help, so I decided to set up Entropay after the suggestion in the book.

I set up Entropay and used my stealth details. Went to paypal and told them this was my credit card and used the stealth info again.

Entropay have now requested I send them verification documents of:

Passport or drivers licence
Letter
and a credit/debit card.


Anyone have any suggestions on what I should do as I obviously have none of these documents.

entropay need your real details!! they are a real bank (malta) and you mustnt give false details....

Im not sure if you should change details on entropay and give then your real docs or if you should make another entropay account in real details and give real docs - probably the latter... remember entropay will know your ip and cookies from last log in, so clear if making new entropay account..

stealth details on paypal have nothing to do with entropay....paypal you put what you want for name and address, entropay must be real sign up details, and after this you can change the address and make card name anything you want...

please read the stack of threads on entropay under UK forum area...

Sorry I did try searching but had no joy... Maybe it's my old age.

OK also, I have created a new entropay account and have not loaded a card with cash yet.

How do I create a card but have it in my stealth details (as at the moment it is in my real info).

actually forum reports say you dont actually have to change address - entropay is verified via the expuse that paypal sends...

Why DO I NEED to use my REAL DETAILS? Why can't I be just creative like in the case of PayPal or Ebay? Is there a risk?

you need to draw from a real bank card. avs is used, so your door number and postcode will need to correspond, plus entropay usually asks for docs at some point,

the may be ways of going stealth, but it seems unnecessary. entropay is a buffer between you and paypal, the details are not disclosed.

what happens if a vcc is used? why do i need to draw from a real bank card?

when entropay asks for docs, i could just be creative, couldn't i?
i know that entro is a buffer between me and paypal, but details can be disclosed anytime. you can never be sure... and i think it depends on what you sell.

the simple fact to know that the buffer between me and paypal is stealth would give me piece of mind.

has anyone succeeded in creating stealth entropay accounts? anyone tried?

Those that tried are not on this forum any more. entropay is strict with its
requirements. That makes it suitable for the majority of users here who simply are forced to make stealth accounts because of bad treatment by ebay/paypal :pop2:

Sometimes I get the feeling that this forum has very strict rules. There are tabu topics. I thought we can discuss any subject openly.
What are the risks of opening stealth entro accounts?

of course there are taboo subjects, providing false info to a bank (entropay is part of bank of malta) is not legal...

so its up to you to go and find out what doing that to a bank means for you in your country...its potentially more serious than anything you could sell on ebay
