Problems with adding bank account:message says used before
 

hi guys.

As previously explained, I need to add a new bank account to my paypal account to withdraw funds, as the current verified bank account has been closed (its my friends account- hes an idiot!)

Anyway, I've tried to add 2 different bank account which have never been used with ebay/paypal, but its saying ive used them with other paypal accounts... which is impossible.

They are both savings accounts but this shouldnt matter as it is one of the options.

What the hell is going on!? I need to get the funds out, its only about 150 quid but you know...

oh, btw I have another verified paypal account. Could I list an item on e'bayy and buy it from this account (yeah i know i'll lose money on the ebay fees but atleast i'd have the cash) I could then withdraw the money back to my bank that I know is fine.

is it safe? yes if done correctly on different ips and user screens

Savings accounts don't work. You need to add a current account. Why risk listing an item to have both accounts maybe flagged?
