(very) old IP's

does anyone know how long they have been tracking IP's? I have a couple of very old laptops (5 years) in a closet. Wondering if I can use them for any new stealth account. I may have used them years ago to log into my suspended ebay account and was curious if there was any set timeframe we know of when they started so carefully tracking/linking etc

even if u got old laptops the ips wont be 5 years old they will be as new as the isp u use for the internet

IP's are not on the computer, it is in your internet connection.

Use cc cleaner, and make a new user account, that is for cookies, flash, etc...
