That is why you set your Paypal account up first before the Ebay account and then when you create your Ebay seller account you use Paypal as the method to pay your seller fees. You can use prepaid cards to get confirmed on Paypal

My pp was set all right. But for ebay, i try to delete paypal automatic payment for ebay fees, by using prepaid card. Ebay doesnot allow it. will try again.

This is OLD OLD OLD news man. eBay blocked 95% of all prepaid cards from working to register accounts and or pay fees.

There are some that still work though. How do you think people are still selling bulk accounts? ;)

Why are you trying to use a prepaid card to pay your ebay fees? If you only think the account is going to last a month before its suspended I can see that. But if the account is going to last for more than one billing cycle and you want to continue to use the account you will have to pay the seller fees. Are you planning on buying a new prepaid card every month to pay the fees and then change the information in your Ebay account?
