What is the reason that you link both bank account and credit/debit/prepaid card to new paypal to lift the $500 limit to premier account?

Premier is less likely to be limited or better than personal account?

Can I just link only bank account for stealth account? Sell on ebay and withdraw $500 a month from paypal.

This way, I can save money on prepaid card fee.

Because a lot (most) of us have to withdraw more than $500 per month.

Not only that. But you can't sell or accept credit cards using a personal account. This has been discussed and it is recommended that you lift all limits, confirm & verify your account before accepting any payments in your account to avoid being limited.

Personal account can sell and accept credit cards. Bank account alone will verify paypal.

But as you said, I Will lift the $500 limit as you said, to minimize limitation.
