Well, this is the first error message we have seen of ebay doing this. I know there has been discussion of people saying they would ask for another payment method, but as your experience shows, it will not work.

Paypal it is.

List with paypal my man, don't tell buyers you don't accept paypal. If they send paypal payment send it back. E-mail them, I don't accept freaking paypal, they do a 21 day hold on payments.

Send in check or money order.

No payment in 7 days, file unpaid item dispute.

Extension, I'm afraid this will not be a viable method. The majority of customers will not want to do this, and sooner or later paypal will catch up.

why???? huh?? Please HELP

I got an account which is getting closer to billing time. All is good on it, except I had two MC036 violations, inappropriate adult material, ebay mature audiences policy violations. 19 listings removed between two of them. But only two alerts.


So I'm wondering, if I get one more of those, and chances are against me, since I'm selling frisky stuff. Will they ban me if I get one more?


If that's the case I might as well dump the fees on them and run.

x3 violation is the dismal number with the ebay axe.

they wont suspend you. they will give you a 7 day suspension. i also sell adult material, and i got a few of the 7 day ones.

A 7 day suspension basically means you're suspended for good. I've waited pass 7 days and I was still NARU'd.

it is hard to sell adult. the buyers can be very picky, and you get a lot of complaints. ebay and paypal don't make it easy either. ebay puts a lot of limits on how you can list. their guidelines aren't clearly drawn out either. listing is all trial and error.

I have heard that the buyers are some of the worst with their demands. Great needs for the porn.

I received that too...
 

When I started selling on an account that had only been a buyers account. I had to chat with Live help several times. Cause they removed all my listings twice. I worked it all out and account is fine and still going.

eBay Suspension / Restriction / Limitation Codes : New For 2008 W/Pics
 

I have been observing these forums for a while now and have found much of the information on here very useful. However, after searching for MC aka Suspension / Restriction codes i found a pinned thread, which unfortunately seems to have fallen apart.

So, i would like to start a new thread, where these codes can be left for all to view.

I think that the best format would be to:-

*Include the code and title of the email you receive from eBay.
*If possible, include a picture of the email.
*Include possible reasons surrounding the issuing of the notice.

For example (Received Today)

If someone could kindly tell me how to upload an image to here that would be great, i tried but the dimensions were too large and i do not know how to resize?
