NEW ebay and paypal account suspended
 

I had a paypal account suspended recently, I created a new EBAY/Paypal account, new name,phone number, DOB, but with the old address. I thought ebay will not black list the address. My ebay (MC081) and pp have both been limited now. What are my chances of getting these back? I can provide all the original details they have asked as it is not a stealth account, but will they listen or just because the address is already dirty, go ahead and pull down the shutters on me? :pout:

Those accounts are most likely burned. You can give this a try, call them and say you've just moved in. If everything else on the account is different it might possibly work. Won't hurt to give it a shot, wouldn't get your hopes up though.

Did you change your IP address and account passwords too?

Hi Guys, well my IP was changed, I submitted the docs they asked for and they have allowed me to trade again :)
