which VCC cards currently work for Verifying Ebay/Paypal. for SELLERS account.

i wanted to know which VCC is currently works for verifying ebay sellers account /paypal.

i read somewhere in the forum but i cant find it anymore.. that any VCC that's from METABANK doesnt work. (correct me if i'm wrong)

Are you in India? You have a U.S. flag.

VCCs don't work for U.S. and never have. You need a bank account(or something Paypal considers a bank account) to verify an account.

how u came up with INDIA thing? LOLL!! this makes me laugh. well its obviously i am in the u.s. because i have u.s. flag :P :P

you need to do a lil more search around simply complex.. they do works . i am not just sure which one will still work until now. all i need is a lil update.
