Instant digital delivery with paypal

Im looking into selling some digital items on ebay by offering a "CD". Can i set up a instant delivery system through paypal with payloadz.com for me ebay sales or will this get me banned?

Im just not sure how it works and if paypal knows its being sent for my ebay sale.

I've never used payloadz, you can do your instant delvery from your website and use ebay to drive the traffic their by offering your ebook cd and you can explain all the details once they get to your website, like if they just want the download or pay extra for the cd.

Yes i understand all that, WHat i am asking is if i set it up so that instant delivery is done through my ebay payments will they know?
