On my suspended account with ALL my real information, I've owed eBay $135 for 4 years and counting :D |

They will just keep sending you emails. Someday it may go to a collection agency but since its a stealth account it doesn't matter. Even though Ebay owns Paypal they won't check to see how much is in the suspended account and take it out of there. If the account is limited Paypal won't pay Ebay your monthly fees if you set up Paypal as the payment method for your seller fees |

Rofl, I got a call from a collection agency the other day, it was an automated machine calling me and they told me to call them. I googled there number and found it was a collection agency. I went into my voip account and blocked there number. But I usually pay for ebay fees only if the account is useful, if not then I'm throwing it away and not paying jack. |

Weird, I never once got a call from eBay or a collection agency. Credit seems to be unaffected as well. |

Only Paypal has your SSN, if you provided that.

ebay call me once. i said i dont know. i not register any ebay account. i also said what is ebay? hahaha... now my paypal also been limit. hhmmm.... i cant withdraw my money, so just wait and dream if paypal will give me some dividen for held n using my money without permission. :D |

ebay do not add entries onto your credit report.
I have owed fees for several account and have had no credit entries. |

| i do not think they would sue for a small amount,they may send debt collectors to your door and it may go against your credit rating
not sure if it affects your credit rating in greece,it does not in the uk
pay the fees but you wont be aloud to sell again,not in the immediate future anyway

| Dont know the laws in your country but in the US they will sue most people for any amount over 500.00.
If it is stealth then nothing to worry about. |

Someone I know had an account go down with it's personal info, their first one. When they first started to pull listings the seller went crazy and listed over ten thousand items, pulled all the money out of paypal two weeks later and walked away. I believe they cannot post to credit profiles because they don't check your credit up front to start service.
