Paypal "Soft Credit" check question?
 

Ok, so I have a new way of getting a name, address, etc for Ebay/PayPal accounts and had a question for you experts out there.

If I set up a "person" with a name, address and submit a ss# assigned randomly and PayPal does its soft credit check, it could theoretically come back as "No credit history", so if I did this, should I put the DOB as having just turned 18 (which I think is the age requirement for ebay/paypal)?

Does this make any sense?

What's put me off right away is 'random assignment of SSN'. Don't be going that way. Dont' be talking about that method here any more either.

SSN must belong to the person whose name is on the account. Be extra careful doing this. You'll incur my wrath and worse . If you don't understand, pm me:peace:
