fax document to ebay
 

got MC011 for 2 STEALTH accounts.and need to fax these 3 documents to ebay:

1. photocopy of driver license.

2. credit card statement

3. INVOICE.

can anybody provide some kind of template for making these ⊗⊗⊗⊗ documents?

also I want to know how big the chance is for me to get my accounts reinstated if I could fax these documents them.

invoice templates are easy to get online or make yourself, editing programs are out there..

i found a torrent with american templates..anyone have cdn ones?

be careful. i had paypal call the company mentioned on the invoice to check address and phone number listed on my invoice. needless to say, didnt work out well for me...or the thousands i had waiting in that paypal account to clear 21 day holds. the real needle in the eye was, getting positive feed back from all customers involved and seeing email after email from paypal with the subject PAYMENT HOLD RELEASED. right now, they are checking invoices to a deeper degree than the past. pm me with ideas, please.
