Closing and killing my eBay account.
 

eBay being the Nazi's that they are suspended me but obviously still want their fee's. Totalling £180. I normally pay these off via paypal each month as i was running everything legit.

Anyway. I was waiting for some stock which was 3 weeks Late!! So buyers became a bit arsy. Most were understanding and i explained the delay and was going to ship all items out when they finally arrived.

Apparently i represent a high risk, so both paypal and eBay have been suspended. Now, over 30 buyers are filing claims on me saying items never arrived because obviously ebay emailed everyone saying that they should not continue to carry out a transaction with me.

I am still going to send out the items that i can to the best of my ability but i cannot change my details so to some extent i think my details are on the system. REAL ones. Address may be my girlfriends, however name is real and im quite sure that alone will not baffle them about my identity.

Now im worrying about possible legal action for all these items as some were ⊗⊗⊗⊗, but ALL buyers happy and some even emailed me asking to buy more in bulk.

Is there anyway i can change details now as i tried but it wont let me. Or do i have to sit it out and wait till all disputes are solved.

Cause realistically i just want to cut my ties with it and move on to a stealth one!:bounce:

It would do no good to change your details if you're able to. Paypal/Ebay still have them in their system.

If I were you, I would refund every buyer that hasn't received their item. It's the easiest and safest way.
