Question regarding purchses with Stealth PP account

I have a person on DHgate which I have used for years, the question i have is can I use one of my PP accounts to send the payment to DHgate without causing any waves with Paypal?

Yes,no,maybe....in no particular order.

Yes: you can use paypal per se.
No: why use a paypal attached to stealth account? LINK is the danger
Maybe: consider having a paypal account completely different from anything to do with your accounts. There are reports of accounts being linked where a supplier was a common link (Bad apples) :spy:
