Question on setting up New Ebay/PP accounts
 

So I have open 2 new acounts with Ally bank. 1 is a checking and 1 is a savings both with different account numbers. I will get 2 trac phones and address.

I will also get a master card with the accounts. But of couse I don't want to use my real info. What steps do I need to take to setup 2 Eby/PP accounts. (stealth of course)

I will clear all cookies, flash etc... and bounce my cable modem to obtain a new IP.

Both bank accounts accept dep. I want to open 2 seperate Ebya/PP accounts with each one using a differnt account

ok, so need 2 unique ips or even better a dynamic/ever-changing ip
