Counterfeit products seller will be sued or not?
 

When you receive the items personally, and take the money out from Paypal using real personal info; will you be caught and put in jail for just selling a small amount?

I was reading some articles ; how do you think?

I never tried to buy such from China; though many many products on Ebay are counterfeit.

When the customer receives the goods, a team of officials arrest the customer. Most of the people caught for selling counterfeit goods have been doing it a long time. There has probably been a sting operation going on for quite sometime if you are caught selling counterfeit goods."

And the moral of the story whomever the maker is of the jerseys, just made some more money from the case.


What does this tell you? You get too big, and you're gonna go down .Keep it small, and just enjoy the profits. But, get too greedy and you're gonna get it in the "end" literally by some dude.

Is it safe to get the items shipped to your real address and deposit the money into your real money account?

well as for real money account, its going to have to be yours of course.

you can have it sent to another address, eg pobox

if authority want to trace you they will, there is no 100% safe way.

I've been doing this for years, i also know others who have also.
