Package held @ DHL/US Customs & Delievered 8 months later

Has anyone ever had a package held this long by US Customs and then delivered. I find it very strange that they would do this? The wholesaler even refunded me because it was "seized":clap:

I have heard of somebody getting a package after 60 days but never 8 months. Congratulations on the free products!!
