VPN is not recommended for ebay/paypal. A basic service can have a static IP address so it would not work.

Since you are in the USA, you've a lot more choices. There's dial-up, mobile dongles for starters. Why are you looking at vpn?:spy:

Ah, because you want the quickest fix with the least effort. As opposed to the smart fix and 10 extra seconds of physical activity for your index finger.

Along the same lines as your motive for starting this thread instead of using the search box...

Damnedest thing: using search is a few words, then some clicks to read info that is complete and well thought out. Starting a thread is more typing, and cheasier answers.

Post #2 pointed out that VPN was not good. You replied via #3 that you wanted something you can do with 1 click.

I commented that quick solutions are the worst kind. I was doing you a favor by pointing out something you don't quite grasp.

eBay and Paypal don't appreciate users with a crackhead mentality.

I'm not trying to terrorize you. I'm being blunt, sure. But you are asking something that tons of other people have reapeated before you. If you were to search your concern first, you could have had the same answer we gave everyone else - until we got tired of it.

Do some work for yourself. If that still leave you confused, we're willing to clear up your questions. But don't START by asking something which already has threads raised. Go read the material that is here. Then ask questions about the tiny bits you didn't comprehend.

VPN is not helpful. It is counterproductive.

You need to back down a bit. We're here to help, but we (and the rest of the world) don't owe you anything. We're a community, not 911.

Coffee is good. Most of us use plenty of it. Spoonfeeding we don't do. I used to, but I got reprimanded by the higher-ups a few hundred times.

People you Have to understand What VicVelcro's Point is.

I have been on this site for a VERY SHORT time both to Learn and to Share my Knowledge. It gets REALLY Tedious when Members ask the SAME questions over-n-over, again-n-again, in post after post.
I Always write my Posts in a Very COMPLETE and CRYSTAL CLEAR Manner in the Best English that I Have so that there are No Questions as to what I am trying to say.
The information I Post is the Most Accurate I have available There are Many members here that I am sure will confirm that.

Then to see the SAME Question a Couple of days later is FUSTRATING. I AM NOT Trying to Single ANYONE Out here, We are all I guess a little Guilty of this. I am simply trying to shed a little light on this, Trying to get others to see "the other side of the argument" and Mostly trying to Restore a little Peace and Harmony.
