Its a stupid system for sure. I had to phone them on 80% of my fedex ground packages. Express were always fine.
Now if fedex has access to the performa forms done on site and use them before marking missing paperwork that might help a bunch as burning says. | Oh....thats very weird. I shipped about 60 packages out by fedex before and I never had a problem. The only time I had a problem with paper work was when I accidentally put the DVD name as the item description...
They did not know what was inside the box since I put the name of the dvd as the description. I had to send them another invoice, and make the description more simpler in order for them to identify the package contents easily.
Fedex do NOT have access to proforma invoices you make on there website...
Also when you are attaching the invoice, make sure you put it in the baggy they provide for documents....
