How to get around Paypal's request for SSN verification?

I wanted to know how to get around the SSN verification with Paypal if I ever had to get them one.

For stealth, I think the best way is to GO SLOW, and build credit with paypal..

Even with a valid SSN, paypal still can block you if they donot trust you.
