walmart prepaid visa?

I saw a post about this elswhere but never saw the answer. Will the wallmart prepaid visa work for verifying an ebay acct / paypal account? Has anyone tried it?
p.s. created a new ebay id a couple weeks ago. its still up so far but I havent bought or sold anything on it yet. just taking my time setting it up.

HI- Yes, that works, but theres others listed in the forum, much cheaper and less hassle. The ones at WMT are $8.95 fee + when you call to activate- they need your social.. try simon.com
