Getting hold released when you refund?

I was wondering if anyone has tried to refund buyer whose payment to you is pending a small amount (like 10 cents) and had the hold released immediately?

Usual ship fast, enter tracking nos# quickly, beg for FB. At some point, consider not using paypal:rolleyes:

Put a tracking number on the item and add the tracking number from the paypal transaction details page. The hold comes off soon after the goodies get there.

21 day hold comes off around 3 days after delivery IF you purchase postage through paypal. if you purchase postage outside paypal and then enter the tracking data manually into paypal, doesnt work well.
