I know the score when it comes to the registration address for eBay/PayPal.

I like using a tweak of my own address if im honest, sometimes too tweaked!

Now, I have always, added my real address as a delivery address in ebay, and now I have added it as the return address too.

I've never been linked/suspended as a result of this, but surely its only time before the bots scan all addresses, imo i don't believe they do atm.

Thoughts?

I would never add an address as a gift or alternative address that has been previously banned, but a variation of it, may not be as bad, if a letter can get there thats all you need.

As for return address, that doesnt need to go on system, that is what you put on back of parcel or give to buyer by private email.

I wish I could figure out how to do that....the only thing I could tweak would be the actual street name. The addy number, city, state and zip would have to be the same.

ex: 2934 Sunset Drive
2934 Sun Set Dr.
same city, state and zip

Why wouldn't that pass? You would be suprised at what the post office can do. But it does depend on how big of a city you live in. I tend to think that smaller towns work better for that sort of thing as they take more time in seeing that things get delivered to the proper address.

oh I misunderstood the OP question. I thought if you used this address for an account with ebay 2934 Sunset Drive and the acct. was terminated.......then you could not come back and use 2934 Sun Set Dr. for a new acct. with ebay.

Yes, I know the post office would have no trouble delivering to those 2. Yes, they are pretty remarkable.

yes, thats just silly! it would go to someone else. My favourite is add house name instead of number.

bit more risky is add a letter eg 3494b , its number or zip that needs change. street can remain.
