SaiJin | 06-16-2010 04:21 PM | Customs delay Inbound international ISC New York. I guess it's uncommon to sometime have it released the next day or sometimes sit in there for a few days? |
healthnut88 | 06-16-2010 04:30 PM | Average for me has been 2 days. Longest has been 4 days (I believe) before it was released. |
SaiJin | 06-16-2010 04:58 PM | Our average has been 1 or 0 days, So I was wondering since it's been sitting there since Monday 6 am.It kept saying Inbound. Nothing else. |
healthnut88 | 06-16-2010 05:11 PM | I wouldn't start worrying yet at all. |
SaiJin | 06-16-2010 05:15 PM | Ok. I don't think New York is a problem usually, are they?
So you like health stuff huh? Same here. |
healthnut88 | 06-16-2010 05:17 PM | :) I try too. Sitting all day working online can cause huge problems for your health. |
cardfelon | 06-16-2010 05:26 PM | I have had packages sit there for 3-4 days sometimes. If it still says it a week later then something may be going on with it. I assume this coming by EMS? |
SaiJin | 06-16-2010 05:57 PM | Yep, EMS to New York. Just making sure that there isn't any kind of changes in ISC NY to cause this. |

Sitting all day working online can cause huge problems for your health. | Here's your solution, wake up excercise, spike insulin levels around workout, snickers, gatorade, smoothie, something like that, then go all the rest of the day without eating just drink water and eat to your satisfaction before you go to bed, it works pretty good for me anyway. |
jamblix | 06-17-2010 03:46 AM | Never ever had a problem with customs with EMS so far. Usually takes about a day for them to release goods. DHL on the other hand... |
ptenchick | 06-17-2010 08:30 AM | Usually they deliver the same day after it is released from customs.
However, last time it took me about a week to get a parcel... it never happened before...so, I wouldn't worry...just wait |

About a month ago...What does your tracking status say?? |
SaiJin | 06-17-2010 09:37 AM | Detailed Results:
Bullet Inbound Into Customs
Bullet Inbound International Arrival, June 14, 2010, 5:48 am, ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS) |
SaiJin | 06-18-2010 08:14 AM | now that I remember, it's the Fifa world cup... I wonder if that's the reason for the Custom delay... I heard they are clamping down for WOrld Cup goods coming in? |
teedon | 06-18-2010 09:25 AM | I do not think so.As we still shipping many packages to usa with no problem recently |
shoot2kill | 06-18-2010 06:22 PM | Hmm I never had a package sent with EMS taken by Customs in NY(knock on wood), but I did have 2 packages taken by CUSTOMS(NY) when shipped with DHL back in March! It was when US customs did a sweep and confiscated about a 250 million dollars worth of counterfeit goods!
It should be out in a few days, I had a package stayed in customs for 1 week. SMH! and they didnt even check the damn thing!!!! |
SaiJin | 06-18-2010 11:35 PM | Like 7 business days or 7 days including weekend the status remains Inbound International arrival? |
teedon | 06-19-2010 10:01 AM | 7 days is very dangerious ,the possiblity to be seized is big ,you need to take it to your mind for it. |
SaiJin | 06-19-2010 03:25 PM | Ok this is weird, I got a small package that arrived in NY today... and it was released today aswell -_- .
Where the hell are the bigger stuff from last monday?? I mean if they black listed my address, even the small package would have not gotten through right? |

Customs cannot check every incoming package. The smaller the package, the smaller the risk. Just receiving a small package does not mean that your address is not in their database.
I would immediately start using a new address | All times are GMT -5. The time now is 03:18 PM. | |
