Help... PayPal Confirmation (Validate Account Info)
 

PayPal want to do an automated call, which is fine but the number I have (a landline) wont let them call me when I click 'call now'. It also says unconfirmed next to it. Any help appreciated, thanks.

What service are you using? Is it paypal usa?

Only time that happens is when you use a cell phone or something that's not a landline.

I am using a landline, and it's an eBay UK account.

Are you using "Call Forwarding" at any point?

:slapped, I'm sure he is.. But he wants to play a game and not give enough info even though he asks for help....:boink:

I am using my landline number. I've sorted it out now, I clicked add a new telephone number, entered exactly the same number and then went to the validate page and the call then came through. Not quite sure why it wouldn't take the number the first time it had been entered.
