customs shipping ?

quick ? can i send a package from asia to a stealth name at a address i have access to.

my questions will usps (the post office) send the package to a name they do not have listed at the address through customs? basically does the post office deliver through customs to a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name/real addy.
