p90x LETTER FROM ATTORNEY
 

I just received an email from an attorney firm... requesting that i pay money.... should just ignore the letter?

Ignore and shred. And don't list that crap again on this account. They have your real name and address? Not a big problem but set up anon-stealth accounts and do your thang...if you want

Worrying about this late at night ...forget it. I have dealt with much worse - ah memories of being nice and innocent with legal stuff ha.

And no, legal stuff not eBay-related - from line of work and professional duties. All sorted out but whew, takes patience.

Sidenote: I have to add that if you are dealing with V e R o stuff and this thing phases you, you need tougher skin =) it'll come...

well... its kinda a family members name... but from what i have read its mostly a threat but i have nothing they can take....it would be a waste of money... and i have none!

Think about this guys that could be a scam someone is trying to pull. It sounds kinda sketchy but someone really could take advantage of an unbeknown Ebayer. Just look at all the imported P90X's out there, 3037 I just found just on Ebay and how many are really legit...

Uncle Billy, you're right about the potential for scam. But I think like this - if someone has the chance to scam you, it's not going to be over P90x - a.k.a chances are slim - you will be fugged over in MUCH worse ways.

Even more reasons to keep your information private, "savvy"?

Nothing is legit if it was sent to you by email. When you want to start warring about it is when they send you a letter in the mail to your address, has to be a overhead letter. Until then just stop selling them on that account.

Do not sell P90X on ebay again,you can not be alive sooner or later.As beachbody have sent the people to watch it on ebay

nope.... nothing new keeping a low profile for now.

There's still many people selling tons of it on ebay right now, I saw 1 guy who has 10 listings up for p90x right now and I saw another guy with pages and pages of feedback for nothing but p90x.

Yes,there is a need,there is a market,but usually they are new sellers if they are sell on ebay right now.And they won't alive long there,ebay will supsend their account soon
