Recent Paymate Problems
 

Has anyone had any problems recently getting payments from Paymate? It's been about three weeks with no sight of any deposits. I called them, and the Australia office didn't know anything, but they did send me a nice email with absolutely no information in it. I then called the U.S. office, and they told me there was a problem with the banks with they were moving operations from Australia to America. He also said it would be in my account by today, which has come and gone with $0 in the account. I just want to know if anyone else is going through this or am I going to have to make an ignorant phone call to Paymate?

It been two days for me with no payment from paymate.

I was missing payments for 2 1/2 weeks until a couple showed up yesterday and one today. I am now missing one that was supposed to be deposited a few days ago. I was given some story about data being entered wrong or something. Something is definitely up with them. Ebay needs to investigate this if they are going to continue using them.

I have gotten all of my payments through them with no problems lately. I do know that they are trying to move their servers to the US to handle the increase in traffic they are getting. Even if it is taking a little longer in the end they are still better than Paypal.

Still missing 15 payments Paymate told me i would get them today still no money. Guess i wait and see on monday.

Remember that Monday is a holiday. Also it depends on your banks ACH policy as to how long before it appears in your account.

Just received two payments today, finally after a month of waiting and have a couple more pending. We'll see how long those take, but at least some progress is being made.

Paymate is very slow at sending money in bank accounts but eventually it does appear in your account, thats the only dowside as opposed to Pay Pal where you get funds almost instantly
