How long have I got left?
 

Hey guys,

I have one account , one only. It's nearly 10 years old. Around 300 feedback.

Due to problems with my (******* !!) supplier , I had restocking problems and received 7 negative feedbacks in the past month as a result of a delay in postage. As a result my feedback has gone down from 99% to around 96%. My DSR ratings are 1.5% for item as described ! And 2.1% for dispatch time. Ouch! My performance is already below standard, I have seen a 50% reduction in my sales already simply due to low search placing, but I haven't been formally restricted or suspended yet.

I am almost waiting for it. The review is at the 20th . Do I have any chance of them letting it slide? Does anyone else have worse stats and the account lived to tell the tale?

Personally I have never had a rating lower than 4.8% on any of my accounts. While this account may get by you need to step back for a minute and evaluate the position that you are in. How did you let your accounts get into this shape? You should never drop ship products as that can only lead to problems in the end plus it is against Ebay policy. And of your rating is only 1.5 for item as described you most likely are selling some poor quality ⊗⊗⊗⊗ stuff. Maybe you should try selling something else for awhile.

Also, in the meantime you might want to start creating some ste alth accounts, so they are sitting there aging and ready when or if you main account goes down.

Thanks for your help. Yes, I am starting getting into stealth properly after a failed attempt a couple years ago. I am just finding it hard to open extra bank accounts.

Regarding the quality of what I sell, I'm not selling any poor quality **** stuff, I just think people were really unhappy at the time it took to get their item, and gave me 1-2 stars for everything. My communication and despatch time is around 2%. I don't sell that big volumes so if I sell 100 items, at least 1 person will rate me 1-2 stars , I don't think that's that much tbh. Some buyers are just frustrated at life and so unreasonable as a result, they seem to want to take everyone down with them.
