Paypal - Linked
 

So i fully verified my paypal account yesterday. I received £400 for an order. I withdrew it to my account. My paypal account gets limited. They tell me to provide tracking/invoice.

did both.


they have then just responded back to me saying, they need for me to send in ID.

at the bottom, they then said, I am linked with another account...

This new paypal I made was a totally different address, and I changed my name around...

made no difference...


so how are you supposed to have a fully fledged working paypal account, by using your own name, if it will constantly be linked to a previous account...

I thought I followed the stealth to the core, but others on this forum are have multiple ebay and paypal accounts up and running... HOW IS THAT...???

I had that once on an email discussing a limitation.

I called them, acting in my usual dumb I don't get why you have limited me voice, and I said "In the email it says I have been linked to another account" what does this mean?

She checked, and confirmed that I hadn't been linked with an account.

Give them a call...act dumb...see what they say.

Are you using a new ip address, user account, phone number, address, and Paypal password?

the whole shabang... the account they are speaking about, was made about 5 months ago in hertfordshire. the account I made now was made in london, so the ips are not the same (nevertheless I am using a hide my ip also)


so if I call them and act dumb, arent they still gonna ask for the ID? I fink I have sent them in my passport & drivers licence before... so they will instantly know...

you shouldnt use any hide your ip thing..
how many times did you even read the stealth book honestly.

thats not the case at present. for some reason hide my ip seems to be working fine. I personally dont believe that is why they limited me, because I had 2 pararrel accounts running and they were both still up now.

however this new situation with paypal is them saying to me that i have been linked to a previous paypal account. Now regardless of me using hide my ip or not, the previous account was made in a totally different area in the UK. Right now, I am in London where I made this account. So why did they say I was linked to this account...? Because of my name

Are you using exactly the same name as has been used on a previous account?

If so, add that to using hide my IP...then yes you probably have been linked.

just to confirm, ebay and paypal cannot see what your name is on your bank and your credit cards?

with regards to entropay, if I want to make another vcc, do I need to change the address to match my "new" ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address" so that the vcc is registered to that or that is not necessary?

Repeat I will not use Hide-My-IP 100 times.

2) My real name is only on my bank account. For ebay/paypal I have matching stealth names. I do this to stop any LINK happening.

3) For entropay, I have my 1st card with funds on it. I can use them to make a 2nd card with the new stealth address ( if I want).

4) I have an excel file with all my info written down. That way I will know what I am doing. I will not trip up and make mistakes.

right, ok so when adding the bank info on paypal, I put that in my name, but the registration info on paypal is in the stealth name. ok no probz
