Paypal limited.. Am I screwed?
 

Ive been studying the stealth guide and these forums for just a few weeks so Im still a beginner and I apologize if what happened to me is just standard.

I had one of my stealth paypals limited tonight. I set the ebay/pp account up about 3-4 weeks ago, added bank account and verified and about a week after I put up some genuinely used items(trading cards) for sale around 5 different auctions. A few days passed and I added some other items used dvds Im talking about ones that were released 5 years ago and no big box sets or anything, I thought that would be okay. I also added a few other genuine non-vero used items. about a week passed again and I decided to add a few higher priced vero items, higher priced as in around $50 dollars for what they are selling for on ebay.

I thought the next best step to do now would be to confirm my address via a prepaid visa card. Went to the store and bought it, changed address on it and viola paypal charged the verification amount, verified that on pp and my address is now confirmed.

About an hour later I decided I would buy something from someone, so I did, went to pay for the item and bam, I couldnt put the payment through to this individual, as my paypal was restricted. I called paypal up and this guy looked at it and he said there is a suspicion with my bank account and my "location" and that I would have to go to the website and follow the resolution steps. I then told him I used my credit card to verify my address and he then said all he needed was a bank statement. What he failed to tell me though is that it needs to have my address, name and full account # on it. I think I realize what caused the location problem, I used one of those tethering softwares and I think it spoofs my IP or uses a VPN? i dunno im not gonna use it again

I dont have paper statements so I dont know how to show them my address, I thought the credit card verification took care of my address. What my statement does show though is my stealth name, full account number, and I included the part to show the original PP deposits. Ive uploaded it to them as it is legit.

Do you think they will give me my account back?

update:

i uploaded bank statement to them... it sat there for awhile "in progress" so I got impatient and politely called them... 30 seconds after reviewing it they took the limitation off right away.. stealth back on :clap:
