hi~guys, I have some questions:
1:if I use a stealth account,when your sale amount exceed £1300,paypal will request proof of ID and proof of address.what shall I do?
2:how can I withdraw the money from paypal.

if it is a new account you may or may not asked questions, or even limited

you need to provide id to match account, be creative

easiest way is to withdraw money to attached bank once limitation is dealt with
