If you use it as a debit why wouldn't they let you? Its the same as cash.

All you have to do is go 2 the post office they let you use a debt card to pay 4 money orders. You can get money orders for $1000 and use the debt card no problem works like magic all the time

How about if you have at least 1 dispute in paypal every month?
They require you to not have disputes for 30 days minumum to apply for the debit card...

And even when I was 45 days dispute free, they still declined it.

Any suggestions?

Let that account cool and list on another account for a while. Then try again when disputes are over 60 days old.

If they still decline, the problem is not due to disputes. It will be some other problem.

We have debit cards in UK too. They are treated exactly the same as credit cards for purchase purposes - except that merchants are not allowed to charge you a surcharge to use them as they do with some credit cards.

I would never keep more than about $100 in my Paypal account.

Use to u didnt need a ssn to get the card! then again use to u didnt need a ssn to use the plug-in but now u do and i bet its the same or going to be the same for the debitcard.

I bought a MO other day at walmart with my debit card worked like a charm.

If is registered to a U.S. Citizen, you can't.

In Paypal Canada the link to get the actual card doesn't even work...
