So, I called Paypal yesterday to release funds on an item that was delivered 9 days ago, and the Paypal Agent started laughing at me.... SERIOUSLY.

This is a new stealth account approx. 2 weeks old and I only sold 1 high vero item for about $400. I was very patient with the whole process and made sure I was diligent in my process so I will not to get limited quickly. Everything went smooth..i waited 9 days after confirmed delivery and decided to call them up. Since it was a new account I acted kinda dumb about the whole payment hold process and wanted her (Paypal Rep) to give me as much info as possible. She noticed the item was delivered and released the funds, and when i thanked her, she literally bursted out laughing. It went on for a good minute, and I wasnt sure what to say. I then mentioned to her that I wanted to move the almost all of my Paypal balance to my bank, and she laughed again. I asked if she needed any other info for me to Xfr the funds to my bank account and she said no. So, 2 miutes later after I ended th call with her , i transferred $385 to my bank , and i didnt get limited and a day later money was in my bank.

This was a good and strange REP. Still not sure why she was laughing.

Probably checking out something funny on her computer while you were talking to her. These reps do like to multitask...so to speak.

Sounds like you just caught her goofing around at work. Someone was probably there being silly in the background is all

I think they are having a little too much fun with all "our" money they are holding

Hmmmm....

That might be a new strategy. Keep the reps happy and get the $$$ released.

But where would we find that many ummm... "willing participants" ?
