Handed over to customs
 

I keep getting packages from the same seller handed over to customs. None of my other packages that I have ordered from DH are getting handed over. Is this something that this seller is doing or just random chance? What can I do in the future to ensure that this doesn't happen again? I already have been through post after post on this forum and started making my shipments smaller. However, it just happened again with a smaller shipment from the same seller. Any input would be greatly appreciated and helpful.

Also, what are my options with getting my stuff shipped to a different address? Will EMS or DHL ship to a po box? What's the best way for getting my stuff through?

EMS will ship to a p.o. box.

UPS Mailbox, if it is local it its EVEN Better.

So I can get ems to ship to a local usps po box?

Also, say customs does seize my packages and I am never to get them, can I get a refund by opening a dispute because I never received my goods?

Yes or in some cases I have read they will resend the item

it takes awhile to be resolved though
