'07 account with Google Checkout and CartManager need help

Hello all,

I need help to set Google Checkout with CartManager for my '07 eBay account?

I have looked the the cartmanager website but there is no instruction or support forums for this. I know lot of members using them right now.

Please, some one point me to the right direction how to make it work.

I am appreciate for your help.
