Does creating accounts wiht ⊗⊗⊗⊗ addresses still work? (Having issues)
 

I clicked the Confirm My details button on paypal and got this:

"We are unable to confirm you live at this address" or something like that.

The I went to add an unused "MyCashPlus" card to confirm my address and got this:

"We were unable to verify the billing address for this credit card. Please enter the address where you receive billing statements for this credit card below. Please refer to the automatic email we have sent to assist you."

Why is this happening?

Firstly, your cashplus card registered address has to be same as your paypal address.

With rgds to the confirm button, it seems paypal uk now do electoral roll check in order to fully lift £1700 limits. If this fails, guess they would send postal verification
