Getting Paypal back for website

Hi,

I had my paypal account suspended and then ebay and I am definitely going the stealth route for those, but I was wondering about my website. Any feasible way to get paypal back for the website? I get hit up several times a day asking if we accept paypal and I noticed a big hit to sales when my account got suspended. I've always had a merchant account, but I sell comic books and a lot of my customers do not have credit cards.

I have a partner in another business and was already strongly considering moving the website into that business so he could help me out with that. We don't yet have paypal, but I was thinking we would create a business paypal under our ein then have him verify with his SSN if/when limited to clear any checks. Then I was thinking of "selling" the website to that business and having him call paypal saying that the website is under new ownship.

Any opinions on this? Do you think this would work?

You already had an old paypal that was suspended under your name?

Then yes, you need to have completely new identity - make a sort of addition to the website under your friend's name to register new paypal.

Or you can play around with your name a bit.

I've done it under stealth. So far so good. But with PayPal anything can happen. So make sure its not the only payment gateway and if PayPal gives you trouble you can just disable it.

But you need all new info. Including new photos and web address, emails, name, address etc. Other then the products, there can be no link to old company whatsoever. Nothing. I even changed hosting.

Thanks for the followup. Changing website domain name is not an option for me. I have top ranking for most of my best keywords on google and I am trying to find methods of getting paypal back on my site as a payment option. The website is linked to a banned account, but if I were to "sell" the business, would the ban transfer over to the new owner as well?

Most very likely I'm sorry to say, I wish it were that easy.

Then you cant use PayPal direct. it simply will not last. They have your domain on file and anything that connects to that domain is toast

What you will have to do is setup a gateway that has paypal built in. The PayPal is not connected to you so you would be ok

ccnow and 2checkout are two I know of

ccnow pays twice a month and after signup you have to wait 45 days for 1st payout

2checkout pays weekly. And if I remember correctly there is a 10% rolling reserve. But you would need to look at that
