Default CCNOW and auctiva

Because we have to fax merchant account info to eBay. I looked into CCNOW so I can accept paypal.

CCNOW does not work with authorize.net.

Do people here use CCNOW with auctiva?

I have a merchant account that works with authorize.net.

Can I use auctiva to accept my merchant account and CCNOW for Paypal?

HI- I use ccnow.. (I also have 2 authorize.net accts + a google checkout acct)-but do not know how to use them..
ANYHOW-- I guess what youre interested in-- Mainly-- "how to get your money"? right?
-- I send manual invoices
- I get the invoices sent very quickly after the auctions end.
-- I place a note into my checkout instructins-= to WAIT for checkout instructions
-- I have a generic letter I copy and paste to let them know that ccnow is big- owned by Digital River co, secure chcekout ,etc etc
-- As for auctiva=-- theres a interface- where you generate a key from authorizenet-- Ihave tried it 5 times.,never worked for me..
I list exclusively in auctiva- I use ccnow for the paypal + all credit card pyts..

Hrm, I was under the impression that CCNow would work with Authorize.net... Is there no way to automate the invoice process? I would not often be around when my auctions are ending to send out an invoice right away.

If I start running auction format I'll be sure to use index cards (great idea for staying organized). But for my auctions I use BuyItNow, which is why I wouldn't know right away (plus I work a full time job where I don't have internet access) :(

I just signed up for authorize.net and their gateway and merchant accounts and got approved. As i was putting the appropriate information into my Auctiva account to connect the gateway i looked at some screenshots of the auctiva checkout process and read the description and from what i understand they accept paypal through this like ccnow. It kinda makes sense to me, auctivas biggest draw is ebay sellers so why wouldnt they use a merchant service that accepts paypal. This is a step by step process explained by auctiva

Below is the purchase process for buyers paying through PayPal.

Like normal, buyers use the eBay "Pay Now" button when they are ready to checkout.

Buyers are taken to an eBay page to select their payment method. (screenshot 1)

Next, buyers verify their shipping address, shipping service and insurance preferences, if applicable, on the Auctiva Checkout Order Summary page. (screenshot 2)

Once they click the "Make Payment" button at the bottom of that page they are transferred to PayPal to complete the PayPal process.

When that is done, buyers return to an Auctiva Checkout Complete page. They can print this page as a receipt.
