Google Check Not Allow?
 

I went to the live chat and ask questions about payments allowed, and I was told that if I were to even offer google-check out to someone else I would be likely to get suspended. Has anyone actually tried recently to offer this method?

Do you mean that you want to offer Google Checkout to your customers, who are buying items for personal use from you?

Or do you mean that you want to enable other persons or businesses to process through YOUR Google checkout account?

If it is the first, then I don't know why they said you would be suspended. I offer Google Checkout on my website with no problems.

If it is the second, that is called FACTORING, and it is DEFINITELY a no-no. Not only with Google Checkout, but with ANY merchant account.
