I realize this is a really paranoid question but if I change my magicjack # from one that i used with a suspended paypal account to verify a new paypal account...that would be ok right?

No. because magicjack actually forwards them to your new number and they have no way of turning the forwarding off.
Your only option is to buy another MJ.

I have a magicjack and cell phone and need to verify paypal thru landline...what should i use??

What do you mean you need to verify Paypal through landline?
Did they limit you and one of the steps is confirm location?

Wait a Minute,,,Hold the Bus,,,,How can Magicjack Foward Paypal your New Number if You Never informed MagicJack That you ever Dealt with Paypal in the First Place??? Does Mean That Everyone who used that Number gets Informed also????

And Another thing Foward the Number, How? by Email, Text Message???

basically if PP or eB calls your old MJ number, MJ will auto forward it to your new number.
I believe they even have an automated voice saying something like "This number has been changed to *********"

Soy yes, changing the phone# with MJ is not enough to get you started on a new acc. You need to get a totally new MJ hardware.

I Just Checked,,,,All you Get is a "This is Not a Working Number Message",,,,I have been using Magicjack since it was Born and have Created Several Accounts using Re-Cycled MagicJacks,,,,NEVER a Problem,,,

Hmm... I've been suing them since they started too and this is my personal experience.
Hell I even contacted them via live chat and they say the forwarding is automatic and can't be taken off.

I Do Not Know what to tell you,,,,Maybe it has to do with Certain Area Codes, or something like that,,,
