Paypal Access limited - anti money laundrying law

Hi there aspkin forums ^^

I'm back once again with a bit of a pickle, i started an stealth account and started selling on ebay again, and got a email from paypal saying that i need to vertify my self under australian anti money laundrying law, the thing is, i dont have access to any of the documents so shall I get them?
