paypal / bank / ebay linking question
 

Ok, my situation is that though I can create an account with another bank , I WANT to stay with my existing bank ( need money to go there to pay the mortgage!!)


For the stealth account I am going to create on ebay , can I just have my existing bank issue me an additional checking account and use that, or is it really safer to go with another bank altogether??

You don't have to move banks, all that matters is a new routing and account number never used with PayPal before.

Open up a second checking / savings account and work with that if you want.

Or try an online bank account which you can link to your existing checking account and transfer funds. You have a lot of options.
