Paypal limited- how long till they give me my money?
 

Hello, my account was frozen a month ago. Ebay allowed people to complain and request money back even though i sent items. Anyway, they want me to confirm all kinds of stuff I refuse to do. It seemsd that they will not shut it down without me sending the stuff in. I want them to shut it down and get the 180 day process. What do I do now? I need to get my money out. Thanks for any help.

well... your first mistake is refusing to give them the info. That's not a faster way to get your money. :)

At this point, it seems you're just going to have to wait. Are they still giving you the option to send the documents? Always keep a back up account ready to go.

my account has been that way for eight months, they will not release your funds until you provide the documents. I will suggest you provide whatever you can.

I was lucky, I had less than $100 left in my paypal acct. so I decided to just let it go and not deal with the restrictions they might put on my account even after providing the documents.

Just fax them anything you have, or a picture of an id off the net. They will limit you after they receive them and you will have to wait 180 days.

For starters stop with the you want attitude. The outcome is in paypal's hands.

They have asked for resolution. Either attempt to supply what they ask or decline. You need to reply and then you need a reply from paypal that they will either
unlimit the account
keep a limit on the account and hold the money for ever
keep a limit on the account and release the money in 180 days.
