i sold a cologne and got a complaint...

i sold a cologne brand new and this guy tells me its not fresh and wants his money back. what is fresh somebody explain to me please?

it means it's been sitting on the shelf for too long and it's expiring.

it goes a darker gold colour and smells slightly different, though not necessarily bad, there is no expiry date usually on cologne and perfume though

wow i really didnt pay any attention to that for years. i thought it was still the same. i guess now i gotta pay attention to that. that sucks.
