Refunds

I sell a lot of low value (but profitable) items on eBay. I get 1 in 300 saying theres a problem. Do you refund in full so they don't leave negatives and low DSR's?

This account is TRS and no violations.

Of course - 1 in 300 - I would refund or partial refund to avoid problems. That's a nice ratio...care to share? Ha PM - unless you don't want to =P

Better than my 1 in 20, but if they return the item I always give a full refund no choice really.

Whoa, 1 in 20 is way too high an order defect rate, if you're getting that many you need to do something different. Think I know what you sell though ;)

I was suspended on half.com June 8th and they wrote me a letter stating that I could ask for my money after 90 days which was Sept 8th and I emailed them 4 times with an auto email stating that they will get back to me 24 to 72 hours. It has been 2 weeks with no response from half.com. It is 2600.00. What do I do now? Help!
