New ebay and paypal account - want to do it right.
 

hi,
ive set up lots of stealth bay accounts over the years but not done it for a while and the rules of bay have changed slightly

i used to setup an account, add a cc to pay my seller fees and that was it.
no paypal needed linking to the account. i just plugged my paypal email address on the payment method page and away i went.

if a paypal account got limited the ebay acount didnt, if an ebay account got suspended the paypal didnt. if the paypal account was actually linked to pay seller fees then they both went down.


at the moment ive got an old ebay account working.
it is not directly linked to a paypal account but i do take paypal as payment.
the ebay and paypal accounts are in different names and addresses and everytying is working fine.


i have a business acount about a year old.
this doesnt have paypal attached. i listed an item and its still up for sale.
i just put a paypal email address in the payment section.


i have another business account but not listed on it for over a year.


i have two other buyer account from 06.
i tried to sell an item with one of them (0 feedback) and it wanted me to attach a paypal account.
because its old, can i somehow use this without attaching a paypal account?
i was thinking of maybe getting the feedback up over 10?

if i do have to attach a paypal account will this have to be the same details?


i have other new accounts which are about 2 months old.
i tried selling with these and they require a paypal account ot be linked.
do i have to link a paypal account?


so if i use these 2 new account, or create 2 new account it looks like ill have to attach paypal. if i make the paypal and ebay account with the same details will this be fine or do i still have to worry about limits?

i only have 2 unused bank accounts at the minute and i dont want to waste them in paypal setting them up wrong.

just a bit extra.
the old account from 06 doesnt have any feedback.
i tried to sell on it and it wanted a paypal account attached the the account.
i thought you didnt need to do this with pre 11/07 accounts?
is this because it doesnt have any feedback or am i doing something wrong?

You still need a paypal account attached to it. You can add other payment processors easier without necessary documentation is the difference with pre 07 accounts.
