I am reading your book and I am confused about the merchant part. How am I going to establish a merchant report history. You say buy a pre-paid card and charge it. How can I do this when my name & address will appear on the merchant statement.

Also after approval how do I link my Activa third party checkout to my listings through Authorize.net? I am confused over this part. Can you please tell me how.

about the auctiva on the auctiva website it should tell you how to do it in the support section. i don't know because i have never done it.

depends which card, lots of types but you should be able to make payments without them seeing any addresses or change addresses at will on a vcc

and I just googled it and found authorise.net adding under the auctiva commerce tutorials..
