Ebay account limited after being member for 4 years....
 

I recieve this pop up right after I logged in:

We've noticed some activity on your account, and we need your help in verifying some information. We're sorry for this inconvenience, but while we're working things out with you, you'll have limited access to list new items on eBay.

Please proceed to you’re my eBay and follow the steps outlined in the email we sent you. Thanks for your attention to this matter!


They sent me an email awhile back asking for some kind of information that I need to fax to them or something. Anyone have a copy of that email? I already contacted Ebay and they told me to email customer service but im not expecting a reply anytime soon. Any ideas?

Go to your Message box and look under subfolder eBay - it should still be there.

Its not. Im pretty sure I deleted it on accident since I get a lot of random emails from Ebay thinking it was just another newsletter or announcement or something.....

Anyone?????

How long ago was that email, they ask that you respond within 48hrs.

Even if you have deleted it by mistake in your Ebay Inbox you should of received a copy in your Inbox from the email that is assigned to that Ebay account.

You should take a look in that Inbox, it should still be there.

It was over 2 months ago. I have been on suspension since then waiting for my 3 month detailed seller ratings to clear up. Im positive I no longer have the email which is why im asking you guys....

Just email them and ask, they will explain what happen. I have account been suspended for more than 3 years, don't remember what email I used. I just contact them and explain that I no longer have that email and ask them to send the suspended notice to new email and they did.
