How many people do you get asking for a refund or replacement etc.

I see large quantities of items, for example if i sell 500 of something then i get about 15 complaints.

ok so thats 3%?

you should be aiming for 1%

it depends on what you sell, knitting patterns are lower than well whatever you sell obviously.
